Alabama Are You Ready? Gas Prices Could Increase After Strikes On Saudi Oil Facilities

Have you seen this??

Auto group AAA states that Alabama drivers could see gas prices rise as crude oil prices surged overnight after a series of weekend drone strikes on Saudi Arabian oil facilities.

President Trump has authorized the release of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to curb any hikes at the pumps. “This is a fluid situation which has quickly ignited, but could also flame out, depending on how the market responds over the next couple of days,” said Mark Jenkins, spokesman for AAA. “If oil prices hold at current levels, drivers could see gas prices begin to rise anywhere from 5-20 cents by the end of the week.”

The average price for a gallon of regular in Alabama is $2.22.
