Seems that Cardi B‘s decision to have a love rivals assaulted is proving to be a costly mistake.
You might remember the story when the New York singer found herself in trouble when the authorities learned she was tied to the vicious attack launched on her husband’s girlfriends. Today the judge overseeing the case has criticized her for failing to appear in court and ordered her to appear in court on Friday morning…or else.
According to TMZ, Cardi’s defense team also revealed in court they’ve been having a tough time getting in touch with her directly and only communicating through Cardi B.’s management team and found out that on Thursday Cardi had a prior commitment that would prevent her from attending Monday’s hearing.
The claim from those affected by the entertainer states that she has been threatening them in the months leading up to the attack. TMZ.com first broke the story of Cardi allegedly having her posse attached two strip club bartenders — Jade and Baddie Gi — and badly injuring both after stating the two of sleeping with her husband, Offset.
Offset, Cardi’s husband, is yet to respond.
