Ed Sheeran is in some hot water over one of his recent releases.
According to reports from TMZ, the singer-songwriter is facing a massive $100 million lawsuit from a company called Structured Asset Sales, who claim that Sheeran’s hit single, “Thinking Out Loud,” is a copy of Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get It On.”
The lawsuit stated Sheeran’s song has the same melody, rhythms, harmonies, drums, bassline, backing chorus, tempo, syncopation and looping as ‘Let’s Get It On.'”
