When will people learn that negative or vulgar social media posts could get someone fired? According to ThatGrapeJuice.net, Taylor Swift has fired one of her back-up dancers for making sexist jokes online.
Swift has been praised by fans after she reportedly made the decision to fire one of her dancers after uncovering some of their worryingly vulgar and disturbing social media messages.
Taylor, whose latest tour is currently sweeping up a wave of positive reviews, is said to have booted him from her act after seeing the nasty messages. There are some who feel his dismissal was unwarranted…
If taylor & her team were to fire toshi for this he could sue them for violating his 1st amendment rights. The only way they could legally do it would be if there was a clause in his contract explicitly stating he can’t post offensive content on social media.
