Pink Fan Gives Birth During Her Concert

A pregnant Pink wasn’t about to miss her concert and it turns out that she went into labor during her show.

Denise Jones was among the thousands at the singer’s concert when she reportedly gave birth as Pink launched into her first song of the night, “Get the Party Started.”

According to Liverpool Echo, venue paramedics John Matthews and Dani Berg were on doctor duty ensuring everyone’s safety including helping Jones during the birth of  her newborn daughter, She was named, Dolly Pink, named after the pop star herself. According to the report, the paramedics were able to clear a path through the concert-goers just in the nick of time.

“When we reached her, it was quite clear the patient was heavily pregnant and showing signs of being in labor,” said Dr. Matthews. “We took the decision to move her as quickly as possible to the First Aid Room underneath the Kop stand. We continued to assess her and established she was going to have to deliver the baby in the stadium as there was not enough time to get her to hospital.”

“It took less than five minutes,” he continued. “We didn’t have time to get concerned or worried, we just had to crack on and get on with it. … She did it all naturally, there was no time for pain relief.”

Jones, who was initially going to name her daughter “Dolly Louise,” opted for Pink given she was born at the concert. Word of Dolly Pink’s arrival eventually made its way to the superstar, who has two children of her own, and she responded accordingly on Instagram
