Alabama Singer Gets “Four-Chair Turn” Love on “The Voice”

An Alabama native grabbed the spotlight on The Voice last night.

The final week of Blind Auditions for season 15 of NBC‘s The Voice kicked off Monday night and coaches Adam LevineBlake SheltonKelly Clarkson and Jennifer Hudson remained discerning as they made some of their final picks of the season.

According to THR.com, Closing out the night, Kirk Jay from Bay Minette Alabama sang the Rascal Flatts classic “God Bless the Broken Road” and gave an emotive, soaring performance that got him a well-earned four-chair turn. The coaches all saw something special in him.
