Taylor Swift‘s fans are not pleased with the recent adjustments in the highly anticipated concert.

A percentage of fans with front row tickets to Taylor Swift’s Reputation World Tour in Manchester, England are feeling devastated after learning that their front row tickets have been taken away due to “production changes.” Yesterday (June 6), Ticketmaster messaged some ticket holders to notify them of seating changes for the pop star’s Friday and Saturday shows.

According to BBC, one attendee, Natalie Bavis, who paid £500 (roughly $669) for two premium seats, said she was “very annoyed” by the sudden change to her seating.
